Rates

Please call or email my office to inquire about my hourly rates for individual, couples, group, and family therapy.

Accepted Payment Methods

I accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX). Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Insurance

I am currently a preferred provider for several insurance companies. Please inquire to determine if I am an In Network provider for your insurance. 

If I am Out of Network for the insurance that covers counseling, I will provide statements for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at out-of-network rates. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully. At your request, I will give you a SuperBill (receipt) of our sessions at the end of the month. You may then submit this SuperBill to your insurance company if I am Out of Network. I encourage you to inquire with your health insurance carrier directly to determine how much you may be reimbursed for visits with an Out of Network provider.

Cancelation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee for your scheduled session.
