Growing up in Olney, IL, home of the white squirrels, Jeffrey played collegiate soccer at Milliken University, and then went on to earn his Masters in Psychology from Indiana University, before earning his PhD in Clinical Psychology from University of Iowa. Jeffrey has a high cultural competency as she can effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people from a wide variety of cultural, social, and socio-economic backgrounds. Having faced the rigors of growing up poor and building a different life for herself and her family, Tonya understands the issues and obstacles people are up against in building a different life for themselves and their families.
