Tracy has worked as a 911 dispatcher for 27 years and still works as one today. She saw how few counselors truly understand dispatch and first responder culture, and that gap is what led her to this work. She is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She uses them to help clients manage stress and anger, sleep better, cope in healthier ways, strengthen their relationships with partners and family, and improve their daily functioning, so they can live without regret and no longer under the weight of the trauma that comes with being a first responder.

She uses them to help clients manage stress and anger, sleep better, cope in healthier ways, and strengthen their relationships with partners and family. Her goal is to help first responders function well day to day, live without regret, and stop living under the weight of the trauma their work carries.
